What items can be returned/exchanged? India-based customers only. In addition, the return/exchange policy listed below is for online JT website purchases only.
Products purchased at full price that are unworn, in original condition with tags, and any applicable JT packaging.
Any JT item purchased online at the JT website must be returned and/or exchanged directly to JT. For purchases made on our website, please initiate a return via our website customer service section.
Items purchased on sale or via a promo code are eligible for an exchange only. Gift cards are not returnable or exchangeable.
Exchanged products cannot be returned or exchanged again.
How to make a return or an exchange?
Please fill out the form below to request a return and/or exchange authorization. We will make every effort to respond within 24 hours with either approval for return/exchange or with questions should we require further clarification.
We offer fourteen (14) business days from the date of purchase to make a request for return/exchange and to have the item(s) received back into our warehouse.

Product must be packaged and returned to JT in a manner that will avoid any damage while in transit to ensure a full refund.
JT is not responsible for postage costs or for items lost in transit. Please make sure to send via a carrier that provides tracking information and, if needed, purchase postal insurance to cover the value of your item should you incur a loss in transit.
If your item arrives to you damaged, please fill out the return/exchange form below and let us know immediately upon receipt of your item, and we will make every effort to resolve the situation to ensure a favorable outcome for you.

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange
